First Ladies Health Initiative is a Faith-Based 501(c)(3) organization committed to bridging the health equity gap in underserved communities through innovative partnerships with churches and First Ladies nationwide. Our mission is to deliver essential health services, educational support, and advocacy to those who need it most. Since our founding, we have impacted thousands of lives by providing free health screenings, vaccines, mental health resources, and educational outreach that empower individuals and families to take control of their health.

• 600,000+ Health Screenings: In collaboration with over 250 healthcare providers, we have conducted screenings that detect chronic illnesses early, saving countless lives.

• Partnerships with 100+ Churches: By partnering with trusted community pillars, we meet people where they are, offering accessible health services in safe, familiar spaces.

• National Recognition: Our work has been recognized by the White House Cancer Moonshot, American Journal of Nursing, American Heart Association – Heart of Excellence Award and the Illinois Department of Public Health for excellence in community advocacy and grassroots health initiatives.
